The important info!

Within Australia, we only ship with Australia Post. We have found over the years, that Australia Post is the most reliable and cost efficient service that meets both your needs as a customer and ours as a business. 

Shipping within Australia for standard normal speed is $8.95

Shipping is FREE for orders over $100

For orders under and over $100, you can opt at the checkout to upgrade to express shipping for $11.95.

Note: express shipping doe not speed up the handling time, only the rate the order is processed with Australia Post.

From payment of your order, we ship all orders within 2 business days from our warehouse. During peak periods and sales, this time may increase up to 4 days. 

Shipping times

For standard/regular shipping ($8.95 rate) with Australia post allow: 2-8 days

For express shipping ($11.95 rate) with Australia post allow: 1-4 days

Please note, the shipping times are ESTIMATED only, we unfortunately can't control the movements of Australia Post once items are sent. Please keep an eye on your tracking. In the event your parcel does take longer than expected or delivery goes a bit funny, please do reach out, we want nothing more than for you to receive your goodies as soon as possible, so we are more than happy to assist with Australia Post. 

Please note, only one party can open an investigation (if required on a missing parcel) and Australia Post recommends the receiver doing this due to the information they require. We can do it for you, but then Australia Post will only communicate with the party who instigated the investigation. We don't mind either way, just something to be mindful of! 

TIP: Make sure you check your shipping address when you receive your order confirmation email. Once the order leaves we can't intercept Australia Post and amend addresses, so please double check and make sure the shipping address is correct.
