FAQ's
Let's Pawty!
But first, some answers to your top questions:
How do I make the gummies?
Our kits are super easy, super fun, and super quick to make! Everything you need is included in the kit and all you need to do is add the boiling water, mix and then pour into the mould. Our kit also comes with printed instructions.
Do I have to use the mould in the kit?
Not at all! As long as you use the ratio of 105ml water to one pouch of gummie mix you can pour them into any mould you desire!
How many gummies can my dog have?
Like any new treat or food, we recommend introducing slowly. Our gummies are a treat, and not designed as a complete food or main diet.
For little woofers upto 10kg, 1-2 treats per day
Fog bigger dawgs over 10kg, 2-3 treats per day.
That is just a guide, obviously you will work out when and how many you feed your pup.
My Dog is Fussy, what if they don’t like them?
We are pretty proud of the fact that we tested our gummies on some of Australia’s most fussiest dogs with very distinguished palates, and well, our fussy friends all agreed and gave them the tick of taste bud approval! Of course, like humans, we don’t all like the same things, so there is always a small chance they won’t like them, but we’d be surprised if it was the taste, we’d say it is probably more the texture and temperature, we make our gummies in a range of flavours to cater for different taste buds and encourage you to use the tips in the below paragraph to get your dog on board if they are hesitant. And like with everything in life, keep trying!
Gummies are cold and a chewy texture, it is new, and probably unknown. That isn’t a bad thing, in fact it is a GREAT thing. It means it is challenging your pups senses and stimulating them in new ways! To help your dog get on onboard, break into smaller bits and feed one little bit at a time. Leaving out for 20-30 mins before feeding can help too if the cold is new. Once they have tried, we are very confident they will be craving more! Don’t give up if you get a no on the first go. Keep offering at different times and try adding to meals if they don’t like as individual treats.
Can I freeze the gummies?
Sure thing! Gummie icy pops are delicious on warmer days! Once made, pop out of mould and place in a sealed bad or container and pop into freezer.
Can I use as a meal topper?
As complete made up gummies, you can use as a topper on your dogs meals absolutely! As a powder, no. We wouldn’t. Gelatin absorbs a lot of water so they need to be made up before adding to meals.
Do your products contain any preservatives or artificial colours or flavours?
No, no and no! We are very proud of the fact that we only use 100% natural, human grade ingredients in all our products. Our colours in our gummies come from the natural pigments in our nutrient dense super foods like dragon fruit (pink), blue spirulina (blue), spirulina (green), maqui berry (purple) and turmeric (yellow). Not only do these amazing superfoods add colour, they also pack a super health kick and add variety into your pups regime.
Do your products contain wheat, grains or legumes?
No. Our products are free from wheat, grains or legumes.
Where are you based?
We are based in beautiful sunny Queensland in Australia and ship all your orders from here.
