Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items Unfortunately due to the perishable nature of our food items these are non refundable. This includes our DIY Gummi Kits and Gummi Mixes.

For non perishable items (The Trumpet Queen book, moulds and equipment) if in the unlikely event you need to return, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the must be in the same condition that you received it, unmarked, non ripped pages, no food or oil marks and in its original packaging (cover in tact). Items have to be in the same condition you purchased. This is because we need to be able to restock and resell, as a small business, we don't have the big budgets to write stock off. We can't resell damaged books or goods.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, ie be the person who ordered the product and your details match the online order.

Customer is responsible for paying return shipping and original shipping cost will be deducted from the price paid.
